1. About These Terms

These terms describe how you may use clusterbid.com (the "Site"), operated by ClusterBid ("we" or "us"). The Site is a marketing page for an early-stage GPU sourcing service. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

This page is provided for general information and is not legal advice. Any commercial engagement between you and us will be governed by a separate written agreement, submitting a form on the Site is a request for information and does not, by itself, create a contract for services.

2. Using the Site

You agree to use the Site for its intended, lawful purpose. Without limiting the above, please don't:

  • Use the Site in a way that violates applicable law.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, try to access it through automated means beyond what a normal browser would do, or probe it for vulnerabilities outside of a responsible-disclosure process.
  • Submit information that is false, misleading, or that you don't have the right to share.
  • Reproduce or redistribute content from the Site without our permission, except as allowed by fair use or applicable law.

3. Our Content

Text, graphics, logos, and other materials on the Site are owned by ClusterBid or used with permission. The ClusterBid name and logo are marks we use in commerce. Nothing on the Site grants you any license to our marks or content beyond what's necessary to browse the Site.

4. Information You Submit

If you submit information through a form, a quote request, a partner application, or similar, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it with us. We may use the information to respond to your request and as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, products, or services. We don't control those third parties and aren't responsible for their content, practices, or terms. Linking to a third party isn't an endorsement.

6. No Warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." Any information shown, prices, availability, technical specifications, benchmarks, is illustrative and may be out of date or approximate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClusterBid is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. This section applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to the Site and to These Terms

We may change the Site, content, features, or availability, at any time. We may also update these terms. When we make a material update we'll refresh the "Last Updated" date above. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClusterBid is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction, and each party consents to that venue. Nothing in this section waives rights you may have under mandatory local consumer law.
